Employee contract agreement template
1. This contract can be used when the employer signs a labor contract with its employees.
2. When the employer and the employee use this contract to sign a labor contract, any content that needs to be negotiated and agreed upon by both parties must be filled in in the corresponding spaces after consensus is reached.
When signing a labor contract, Party A should stamp it with its official seal; the legal representative or authorized agent should sign or stamp it in person.
3. Any additional terms that need to be added through negotiation between the parties shall be stated in this contract.
4. If other contents agreed upon by the parties, changes in the labor contract, etc. cannot be filled in this contract, additional sheets may be attached.
5. This contract should be filled in with a pen or signature pen. The handwriting should be clear, concise and accurate, and no alteration should be allowed.
6. This contract is made in two copies. Party A and Party B each hold one copy. Party A shall not keep the contract for Party A if it is handed over to Party B.
