Party A’s Responsibilities
1. Party A provides Party B with necessary documents and product information for planning free of charge to assist Party B in completing the business.
2. Put forward requirements, modification opinions, expectations, etc. to Party B's planning plan based on customer needs, positioning, etc.
3. Exclusively enjoy the copyright of all planning plans provided by Party B
4. Pay relevant share fees in accordance with the contract.
Party B’s Responsibilities
1. Party B voluntarily establishes a long-term and stable cooperative partnership with Party A.
2. Party B shall fully abide by the terms of all agreements signed with Party A and strictly implement them.
3. Complete the planning work on time, independently and with high quality, and do not plagiarize, counterfeit or forge other people’s planning plans.
4. The planning plan and cost standards provided must meet Party A’s needs and positioning.
