1. The balance sheet reflects the current status of an enterprise's assets, liabilities and capital. Long-term solvency, short-term solvency and profit distribution ability, etc.
2. The income statement reflects the amount and structure of the current period's corporate income, expenses, and gains and losses that should be recorded in the current period's profits.
3. The cash flow statement reflects the ins and outs of the company's cash flow, which is divided into three parts: operating activities, investing activities and financing activities.

Generally include the following items: basic information of the enterprise, basis for preparation of financial statements, statement of compliance with accounting standards for enterprises, important accounting policies and accounting estimates, descriptions of changes and error corrections to accounting policies and accounting estimates, and descriptions of important statement items.
