Main features of occupational health management system
Article 1 In order to strengthen occupational health management, strengthen the main responsibility of employers for the prevention and control of occupational diseases, prevent and control occupational disease hazards, and protect the health and related rights and interests of workers.

The principal person in charge of the employer shall be fully responsible for the prevention and control of occupational diseases in the unit.
