5. If the owner of the shop sells or mortgages the shop during the lease period, it must be clearly stated in the contract that the lessee's right to continue leasing shall be guaranteed, otherwise the lessor shall compensate for losses.
6. Whether the lessee is allowed to sublease to others should be clearly stated in the contract.
