3. Determine the training location. The quality of the training location will also affect the effectiveness of the training. Training locations generally include the following types: conference rooms within the company, conference rooms outside the company, and conference rooms in hotels. The training venue should be arranged according to the training content.
4. Prepare training equipment. For example: TV, projector, screen, etc.
5. Decide the training time. You need to consider whether it is during the day or at night, on weekdays or weekends, in peak season or off season, when it starts and when it ends, etc.
6. Send notice. Make sure that everyone who is supposed to come is notified, so there is a follow-up at the end so that everyone knows the time, location and basic content of the training.
