1. Download the Duoduo Butler official version installation package from Huajun Software Park. After unzipping, double-click the exe program to enter the installation wizard and click Next
2. Read the license agreement, click "I agree...", and click Next
3. Click "Browse" to select the installation folder. Generally, it is installed on the C drive of the computer by default. It is recommended to install on the D drive. Click Next.
4. Select additional tasks, check Create desktop shortcut, and click Next

【How to clean up no traffic】
1. Open Duoduo Butler and click the [Clean No Traffic] function.
2. Select the store. If the store has not been configured, please configure the store first.
3. Select the data period and obtain product data.
Note: When obtaining product data, please do not close the current page to avoid failure to obtain it.
4. After obtaining the product data, set the filtering conditions/cleaning conditions and filter the products.
5. Select the products that need to be cleared and click Remove.
6. To query the specified product, enter the product name or product ID to query.
【How to add customer service】
1. Open Duoduo Butler and click the Add Customer Service button;
The Pinduoduo account and password window will pop up. Enter the account number and password to log in to the Pinduoduo backend and click OK;
2. Automatically jump to the window for entering the verification code
3. After the addition is completed, the software will automatically jump to Pinduoduo customer service and Pinduoduo backend display windows;

【How to set up automatic reply】
1. Click the automatic reply button on the software interface------check the box to enable the automatic reply option

2. Set keywords
Keywords are divided into fuzzy matching and exact matching
1: Add keywords by fuzzy matching and enter the keywords directly. If there are multiple keywords, separate them with (,) English comma separators.
PS: If the buyer does not reply to the message after adding keywords, please check whether the separators of your multiple keywords are English separators.
Note: After checking the sync to all stores option, all stores will use this automatic reply setting to reply to buyer information; if not checked, each store will set the automatic reply keywords individually.
2: Exact match
Exact match setting means that the buyer will automatically reply only when the information sent by the buyer is exactly the same; set the exact match keyword with an = sign in front;
3. Enable the function of automatically replying to buyers when no keywords are matched.
This function is mainly used when the currently set keyword settings do not match. Turning this function on can avoid missing information and causing untimely replies.
