It supports the new Windows XP icons with alpha channel images (a.k.a. smooth transparency). In this version, you can even open Macintosh(R) icons and convert them to Windows(R) format.

It has many built-in filters (blur, smooth, sharpen, detail, contour, relief, etc.) and image adjusters (hue, saturation, brightness, contrast, etc.) and other tools (zoom, rotate at any angle, flip, XP shadow, etc.); an enhanced swatch and palette management system compatible with Adobe (R) and Jasc (R) color files; and the ability to customize Windows (R) icons, etc.
