Northern Lights Performance Management Software

Northern Lights performance management software is a simple and fast performance management system software that can quickly build your own performance management system, improve the work efficiency of administrative staff, and effectively conduct performance management.

How to use

1. Setting items in the upper right corner, each user can customize their own layout
2. The series of buttons in the middle are functional operation items
Process: The module that activates the process can set the process status in batches individually; the process of each role can be set in the management background
3. The last column of each row is the operation item. It corresponds to the first available item of the middle operation button.
Edit: The first default edit page available
View: The first default view page available
subkey: the first default available created subkey
Associated Item: The first default available creation management item
4. The depth of sub-items is represented by the default green indent bar. If the [Previous Task] is checked in the query, all tasks will be gathered under the root node, and then sorted by creation.
Querying [root node] means only querying tasks whose root node is a specific number. Query [depth], which is indentation
5. Default sorting, arranged in reverse order of self-increasing numbers, that is, the default order of creation time
Optional sorting is, latest follow up time sorting. u/up ascending order, d/down descending order
6. Statistical calculation under the middle operation button
The total amount of tasks refers to the accumulation of all [task weights]
The cumulative performance score is , all [scores] X [task weight]/100
Xiao Ming completed a task with [task weight] 10, such as making a report, and received a [score] of 80 from his supervisor.
Then Xiao Ming’s actual score for this task is 10*80/100 = 8
The cumulative score/total amount of tasks over a period of time can roughly reflect a person's efficiency.
