Serviio (DLNA media server)

The free Chinese version of Serviio is a powerful DLNA media server based on Java technology, which can instantly share music, videos, images and other media files from your computer to your network TV, Blu-ray player and game console. A free version of Serviio is available here for everyone to download.

Installation instructions

1. Unzip the file and double-click "serviio-1.6-win-setup.exe" to start the installation
2. Install by default until the installation is complete and click "finish".
3. Copy and replace the "crack/lib/serviio.jar" file in the downloaded file to "C:Program FilesServiiolib". (This is the default installation path)
4. When the software is first opened, the interface is in English. You can set the language in the upper right corner of the interface. 

5. Open the software and it will display how many days are left. Then close the software first. (If it does not appear for many days, restart the computer and open the software again to see it.)

Tutorial

1. Next, start setting up serviio. Click the start menu, first click to start the service, and then click the yellow icon to open the software.
2. This page is the status information of serviio. If it appears here after connecting to the TV, (but I don’t have an Internet TV here, so it won’t be displayed, the default is fine).
3. The following network settings are for the computer network card. Don’t worry about it. Just select automatic detection. We can see that the server is running.
4. Click the "Media Library" tab above, and then click on the right to add a new shared folder. This shared folder is dedicated to storing movies, which can be browsed directly on the TV.
5. After the serviio software is set up, you also need to set it up on the computer. Open the "Network and Sharing Center" in the Control Panel and click "Change advanced sharing settings" on the left.
6. Turn on "Media Streaming." You need to search for this on the TV first.
7. The computer is also set up. Finally, just turn on the TV to watch.
