Windows 7 Boot Updater

Windows 7 Boot Updater is a free tool used to modify the Windows 7 startup screen and text.

How to use

1. Download splash screen material
2. Right click to run Win7 Boot Updater
3. Click Sprache, select English to switch to English, no Chinese
4. Click "file" ->Load boot skin
5. Select the downloaded material file and click "Open"
6. Click the "Apply" button and you're done!
