Disable U disk software assistant

Use "U disk restriction" to prevent employees from connecting U disks to company computers at will, exposing company computers to virus risks or employees copying important company information.

Select the employee computers that need to be set on the left (you can select all), and then click: "Restriction Settings" - "U Disk Restriction".

1. When only "read-only mode, copying files to U disk" is selected, the set employee computer can connect any U disk to the computer and read the data in the U disk, but cannot copy the data on the computer. Copy data to U disk or directly write to U disk;

2. When only "Enable U disk whitelist" is selected, only U disks added to the whitelist can connect to the computer and fully perform data reading and writing operations on the employee's computer. Tip: If no USB flash drive is added to the whitelist, it is equivalent to prohibiting all USB flash drive connections;

3. When "Read-only mode, prohibit copying files to U disk" and "Enable U disk whitelist" are selected, only U disks in the whitelist can be connected to the computer of the employee, and only USB disks in the whitelist can be connected to the computer. Read operations but not write operations.
