u3000u3000 (1) Basic obligations of Party A
u3000u30001. Cooperate with Party B in good faith, provide convenience for Party B to carry out its work, and provide Party B with information and information related to service matters.
u3000u30002. If relevant circumstances and facts change, Party B shall be informed promptly.
u3000u30003. Pay the service fee as agreed.
u3000u30004. The requirements made to Party B should not conflict with the laws and the provisions of accounting professional ethics and professional disciplines.
u3000u3000 (2) Basic obligations of Party B
u3000u30001. Professional ethics and professional disciplines must be observed.
u3000u30002. They shall perform their duties diligently and safeguard the best interests of Party A within the scope of the contract in accordance with the law.
u3000u30003. Advisory opinions should be issued to Party A in a timely manner; project reports should be completed and submitted on time.
u3000u30004. Party A’s business secrets or personal privacy shall be kept confidential.
u3000u3000IV. Effectiveness, handling of breach of contract and other agreed matters
u3000u30001. This agreement will come into effect after signing and paying.
u3000u30002. If a dispute arises between the two parties, negotiation or third-party mediation shall be conducted. If negotiation and mediation cannot be adopted, either party may file a lawsuit in the People's Court.
u3000u30003. For matters not covered in this agreement, Party A and Party B shall take a positive attitude and resolve them through friendly negotiation.
