Article 3 Party B shall conscientiously perform its duties in accordance with Party A's relevant rules and regulations, the requirements of the position (type of work) agreement and the job description of the position (type of work), etc., complete the prescribed amount of work on time, and ensure that the prescribed ________ quality standards are met.
Article 4 During the performance of this contract, Party A shall adjust Party B's job position according to the needs of work changes and assessment results in accordance with the principles of equality, voluntariness, and consensus through consultation.
3. Labor protection and working conditions
Article 5 Party A shall provide Party B with necessary working conditions, labor tools, and labor protection supplies, provide working facilities to ensure safety and health, establish and improve production processes, and formulate operating procedures, work scope, labor safety and health systems and standards.
Article 6 Party A shall regularly organize and arrange for Party B to conduct health examinations in accordance with relevant national and autonomous region regulations.
Article 7 Party A is responsible for educating and training Party B on professional ethics, business techniques, labor safety, labor discipline and Party A’s relevant rules and regulations.
