1. Color and size management throughout the entire business process
·When entering/modifying inventory products in the basic information, provide whether to apply the color group and size group. If applied, the color group and size group can be used to determine the optional range of color sizes for the product to form a two-dimensional table. Make the quantity and color size correspond to each other during the purchase, sale, and inventory of the product.
·In the process of system initialization, procurement, sales, inventory and other product management processes, you can enter the color and size corresponding to the product when entering multiple documents, and the system will automatically process it when the document is deleted or redundant. At the same time, you can check the quantity of goods in stock of different colors and sizes; it also provides purchase and sales order management, inquiries about the color and size of order goods, and has the function of preliminary order in-transit management.

The system provides broken code query. Through this query, the number of broken code and out-of-stock products in each warehouse can be counted and exceeds the specified number.
For example: If the number of broken code alarms for product A is set to 10 (set in Basic Information - Inventory Products), as long as the combination of its model and quantity is less than 10, an alarm will occur.
