WaveCN installation steps

1. Download and unzip the WaveCN software package from this site, find the exe file and double-click to install it.

2. Follow the system prompts and click the "Next" button, as shown in the figure. Please read this agreement in detail. After agreeing, please click the "Yes" button to proceed to the next step.

3. Installation instructions, select the installation location. The default installation path of the system is D:tools desktop pc0359. If you want to change the installation path, please use the mouse to click the "Browse" button (it is recommended to use the default path).

4. Select the installation items that need to be added, click Execute and the official version of WaveCN software will appear.

5. The official version of WaveCN is installed, click OK to end the installation.

　　How to make mobile ringtones with the official version of WaveCN

1. Let's choose the popular "Zhuang Xinyan - It's Really Not Easy" to make the ringtone.

2. Enter the official version interface of WaveCN,Click the "Open" icon in the upper left corner, find the above music file, and open it.

3. This dialog box will pop up, where you can play music for listening, and set the start position and end position. We will not crop here yet, so click the "Decode" button directly.

4. After decoding is completed, the waveform graphic of the audio file will be on the right side of the main interface.

5. Click the green play button on the common toolbar to start playing the audio file. When you reach the position that needs to be set as the beginning of the ringtone, press pause (you can press space).

6. Use the mouse to click on the red line at the current playback position. If it is not easy to choose, you can use the mouse wheel to enlarge the waveform graphic. After selecting, click "Select to Beginning" on the common toolbar, and then the beginning to the current playback position will be selected.

7. Click "Delete" on the common toolbar. In the same way, delete the unnecessary parts later.

8. This leaves an area of ​​about 40 seconds that we need. Now we need to set up the fade effect.

9. Select an area of ​​about 3 seconds to 5 seconds at the beginning, and then select "Effect" - "Power Adjustment" - "Crescendo..." in the menu bar.

1. If it is a synthesis of accompaniment and vocals, you should first ensure that the two songs are equal in length and have the same beat, then select any song, copy it, then open another song, move the positioning line to the beginning, and click "Mix and Paste" "That's it (note: it must be clicked in the menu bar, the shortcut button does not work).

2. If two clips are combined into one, select all the subsequent clips, copy them, open the previous clips, move the positioning line to the end, and click "Paste".

　　How to remove background music or mute vocals in wavecn?

If you just want to simply eliminate vocals, you can try the left and right addition function in the stereo submenu of the effects menu in WaveCN, which has presets. If you need better results, you need some more professional software to complete it.
