Cloud case planning functions:

1. Manual assembly

Manual case assembly is the main core function of the software, and the study plan selects textbook chapters according to the academic period, subject, version, and module. Each chapter or lesson provides supporting column format resources, and each subject has its own format division. The case study basket will be cleared after switching to a different academic period and subject, that is, the academic period and subject remain unchanged, and the study plans of various versions of textbooks share the composition blueprint.

2. Case management

Group case management manages the study case resources of various disciplines and supports batch upload, modification and deletion functions, as shown in the following figure:

Steps for uploading study plans:

①Select the chapter to which you want to upload the study plan

②Click the “Upload Study Case” button

③Click the “Select Word” button

④ Check and confirm “statistical analysis” and “study case browsing”, and determine whether there is an “error report”

⑤Finally click “Save”

3. Archive the case

After the study case is combined, it can be downloaded directly or temporarily archived to facilitate subsequent processing.

4. Data management

Data management mainly provides the software with the configuration of various dictionary data, and can modify and adjust parameters flexibly and conveniently. It is not recommended to modify it under normal circumstances. The specific functions are as follows:

①Category management, management of additions, deletions and modifications of academic sections, subjects, versions and modules.

②Data association, establishing cascading relationships between academic stages, subjects, versions and modules.

③Chapter management: manage the addition, deletion and modification of chapters of textbooks.

④ Knowledge point management: manage the addition, deletion and modification of knowledge points under each chapter in the textbook (there are no knowledge points under Chinese and English chapters).

⑤ Column management: manage the addition, deletion and modification of all column formats.

⑥Column association, system-related management of each textbook.

5. Yun Xue Case

The cloud study case service requires account login, so it is only open to members.

The cloud study plan adopts a one-lesson-one-network model, and provides relevant study plans for the currently selected chapter, lesson, or knowledge point. When the current page performs conditional filtering, the cloud study case page will also be cascade filtered.
