1. Download the latest version of the driver wizard
2. Open "Driver Wizard" and click Detect Now.
3. Basically lists all the drivers in the computer. Some normal drivers are hidden below, click "Show all drivers" at the bottom.
4. Here you can find the "Computer PM Power Management Driver", which is the so-called old version of the IBM power management driver detected by 360. This is the fundamental reason why you failed the upgrade test.
5. There is a small arrow after the installed options behind "Computer PM Power Management Driver". Click on it to see many options. Click to uninstall.
6. After the uninstallation is completed, open 360 Guard again and click Win10 Upgrade Assistant.
7. There is basically no problem with the hardware detection.
Notice:
1. The power management driver is not detected in driver management software such as 360 Driver Master and Driver Life.
2. It may be displayed that there are too many users and the reservation has been made for you to a certain date and month. This means that you have passed the test. It’s just that the 360 upgrade has too many arrangements.
3. If necessary, check the installation again. The editor personally tested that there was no backup before uninstalling. After the uninstallation was completed, the power management was checked again and it showed that the power management was not installed. Click Download to complete the installation and restart to return to normal. You can uninstall it with confidence. However, it is best to back up before uninstalling for safety reasons.
4. Due to the Win10 system, there are some computer incompatibilities among domestic users, such as constant restarts and blue screens, but there are very few in foreign countries. It may be an issue with the upgrade packages provided by 360 and Tencent Butler. Therefore, 360 and Tencent Butler have now suspended the win10 upgrade service. Please refer to the official announcement for the specific opening time.
