For example, in the design and typesetting process, sometimes in order to highlight the theme, you need to insert some artistic words. Just switch to the "Insert" tab in the function bar and click "Artistics". After selecting the WordArt style in the "WordArt" window that opens, click OK. You can switch to the "Word Art" interface in the function bar to edit the Word Art.

Tip: If you want to insert Traditional Chinese Artistic Words, you can directly enter the Traditional Chinese characters in the "Edit 'Artistic Word' Text" window. If the input method cannot directly output Traditional Chinese characters, you can convert the font from Simplified to Traditional in WPS, select and copy, open the "Edit 'Artistic' Text" window, and press Ctrl+V to paste.

​ ​ 1. Set the shading and border for "Artistic Words"

When WordArt is inserted, the WordArt shading and border are default. We can right-click the WordArt, select "Format Object", and in the "Format Object" window, click the "Color and Lines" tab , click the drop-down triangle on the right side of "Color", click "Fill Effect", in the "Fill Effect" window you can select "Gradient, Pattern" to make corresponding fill settings, or you can click "Texture" or "Other Texture" to fill. You can also select the "Picture" tab to insert a picture as the shading for the word art.

If you want to specify a border for word art, you can click the drop-down triangle to the right of "Color" under the line and select a color or other colors. If the font is relatively large, you can also set "Patterned Line" for it. Font border.

Right-click the word art, select "Format Object", click the layout label, and you can choose the wrapping method of the word art, such as: all-round wrapping or tight wrapping, or up and down, through wrapping, or set to lining. Above the text or below the text, etc., we can set and move the "WordArt" accordingly.

When we insert the "WordArt", select the "WordArt" function bar and the "WordArt" and "Effect Settings" labels will appear at the top of the function bar. In the "WordArt" tab interface, you can change the shape of WordArt, such as text, octagon, triangle, etc. Secondly, you can also set and adjust the height, alignment, character spacing, horizontal and vertical arrangement of word art, etc.

If you switch to the "Effect Settings" tab next to it, you can set the shadow effect for the word art in the pop-up interface. Click "Shadow Effect" and a variety of options will pop up. Set a satisfactory color for "Shadow Color" on the right side of "Shadow Effect". You can also set "Translucent Shadow" or "Other Shadow Color". 3. Add three-dimensional effect to “artistic words”
