There are many people who download and use the National Tax Survey System and report that they do not know how to enter data? What should they do? Don’t worry, the editor below will talk about the tutorial on how to enter data into the National Tax Survey System. Let’s take a look.
1. Open the task
After completing the content described in "1. Preparation", you can directly enter the data.
If the National Tax Investigation System is temporarily closed after the installation is completed, the next time you open it, you can directly double-click "National Tax Investigation Running System" in the "National Tax Investigation/" file and view it in the main menu [Task/Activity Task] Go to an installed survey task and click on it to open it directly. The previously set parameters do not need to be reset. Data can be entered directly.
2. Enter data
Before entering data, please pay attention to the report period on the right. The reporting period for the survey conducted in 2012 should be "2011" because the data object of the survey is 2011 data. If it is 2011, there is no need to modify it. If not, click "Add" to add the corresponding reporting period. As shown below:
Tip: After data entry is completed, click the "Save" button on the "Tools" bar to save the entered data. If the "Save" button is gray and cannot be clicked, it means the data has been saved.
Click the report label in the lower part of the interface to switch reports.
After entering one report, the system will automatically save the data entered in the report when switching to another report. When entering data, enterprises only need to enter data in the information table, enterprise table, and goods and services table. The audit status detailed table is used to fill in the description of the situation when the data fails to pass the audit.
2.1 Information sheet
Since the content of this table corresponds to the content of other tables, the data in the information table should be as accurate as possible when the enterprise enters it for the first time.
2.2 Enterprise table
Filling in data is similar to the operation in excel. In the table, the table elements with diagonal shading are formula table elements, that is, the data is calculated through formulas and does not need to be filled in.
2.3 Goods and Services Schedule
It is a variable-length table, and the number of rows can be increased. After entering a row of data, click the downward arrow "↓" on the keyboard to add a new row.
2.4 Detailed list of audit status
Users of this form do not need to fill in this form. When there is data that cannot pass the review, the system will automatically fill in the review description into this form after filling in the description in the "Details" of the review.
Tip: The system also supports data exchange with other text editing software such as word, Excel, text, etc. In other words, the data in Excel can be copied as a whole and then pasted into the system; accordingly, in NTSS, you can use the mouse to select a certain area and then copy it, or you can paste the entire data into Excel;
