Circular cropping: First, open PPT on your computer, click on the graphic or object you want to crop, and click islide on the upper menu bar.
Click the Design Layout drop-down arrow, select Circular Crop, and the Circular Crop dialog box will pop up.
Set the number of rings and ring spacing in the dialog box, and click Apply to achieve the cropping effect as shown in the figure below.
Matrix cropping: Click on the graphics or object to be cropped, click islide-design layout-matrix cropping, and open the matrix cropping dialog box.
Set the horizontal quantity/vertical quantity/horizontal spacing/vertical spacing in the dialog box, click Apply, and you can quickly complete the matrix cropping as shown in Figure 2 below.
In the matrix cropping and circular cropping dialog boxes, if the spacing is not set, the effect shown in the figure below can be achieved. Each part of the cropped part can be dragged to other places for use.
