When some friends use the Anguo U disk mass production tool, they encounter a situation where the U disk is not recognized. What should they do? So today I will share with you the problem of the Anguo U disk mass production tool not recognizing the U disk. Solution, hope it helps everyone.
Method one:
First, open the Anguo U disk mass production tool and plug in the U disk. The mass production tool cannot recognize the U disk, but there will be no "hub status change. The mass production tool will be closed! Please unplug all U disk devices first, and then Open the mass production tool" prompt. There are two solutions in this case:
1. Unplug the U disk, close the mass production tool, and then plug in the U disk (first confirm that the driver of the U disk is uninstalled. If you cannot confirm, run LoadDriver.exe to uninstall). Note that LoadDriver.exe is in the DRIVERS folder of the mass production tool. , then plug in the U disk, right-click My Computer---Properties---Hardware---Device Management---Universal Serial Bus Controller---USB Mass Storage Device, select details in the pop-up window , you can see the VID and PID of the U disk in the window below. Edit AlcorMP.ini, find the VID and PID and change it to the VID and PID of the U disk you just found, then save it, unplug the U disk, and open it. Mass production tools, plug in the USB flash drive and the USB flash drive will be recognized.
2. To disassemble the U disk, short-circuit pins 29 and 30 of the Flash, and plug in the U disk at the same time until the mass production tool recognizes the U disk. Then remove the short circuit. You will find that although the mass production tool recognizes the U disk, it does not recognize the U disk. If you don’t have Flash, just click update and then click start mass production.
Method two:
No matter whether you insert the USB flash drive first or open the mass production tool first, the prompt "The hub status has changed and the mass production tool will be closed! Please unplug all USB flash drives first and then open the mass production tool" will appear. There is no way to measure it. This should be caused by a conflict between the VID or UID of the USB flash drive and a device in the system. There are two solutions, but both must be disassembled.
1. This is the method of short-circuiting pins 29 and 30 of Flash mentioned above. It is OK to follow the instructions.
2. Remove the Flash chip and solder the Flash to another board (I soldered it to MXT8208, but it should also be possible to solder it to another AU6983). Since the mass production tool will not change the factory VID in the main control , but changed the PID. The VID we found is written in Flash, so now we can mass-produce the soldered U disk. If you are willing, weld the Flash back to the original main control board and start mass production again. That's it.
Notice:
This method is only suitable for U disks controlled by Anguo. Other masters are only suitable for the short-circuit method. If you encounter mass production tools that do not recognize it, you can use these methods to solve the problem. In this way, the U disk will not die in mass production, and the repair will be successful. It's easy.
The above is the solution shared by the editor to solve the problem that the USB flash drive mass production tool in Anguo does not recognize the USB flash drive. Friends in need can read this article.
