The payment unit is electrically connected to the identification unit for receiving the second identification information and correspondingly generating a payment information. The management unit is electrically connected to the identification unit and the payment unit respectively, for receiving the first identification information, the second identification information and the payment information, deducting money from the payment unit according to the payment information and displaying the corresponding first identification information and the second identification information.
