Instructions for use

1. Upload and download tools

After arranging exams on the website, log in to the upload and download tool to see the scheduled exams. As shown below:

Under the scheduled exam name, you can select "Download Examination Administration and Student Information" and "Download Exam Paper." As shown below:

After the exam, use the upload and download tool to upload the student answer sheet to the website for scoring under the corresponding exam. After the scoring is completed, you can view the scores on the website.

2. Invigilation machine

Double-click the shortcut of the invigilator to open the invigilator program. After successful opening, you need to set the name of the invigilator and the maximum number of test machines allowed to be connected. After the settings are completed, enter the main interface of the invigilator. In the main interface of the proctoring machine, you need to import the examination administration and student information package -> import the test paper package -> set the distribution rules -> allow students to log in. After the student logs in successfully, the invigilator sends the "Start Exam" command and then starts the exam. The exam process is abbreviated.
After the exam is over, the invigilator sends the "end exam" command. At this time, the exam machine packages the student answer sheets and uploads them to the invigilator. After all candidates' answer sheets are uploaded to the invigilator, they need to be packaged and archived on the invigilator. After the archive is successful, , upload the answer sheet to the website through the upload and download tool.

3. Examination machine

Double-click the shortcut of the exam machine to start the program. After the exam machine is started, it will automatically search for the started invigilator machine in the LAN. After the search is successful, double-click the name of the invigilator machine or click the "Connect" button to connect to the invigilator machine. After waiting for the invigilator to send the "Allow login" command, enter the login interface, as shown below:

After logging in to the exam machine with the Spoken 100 account and password of the students who have been assigned to the class for this exam, enter the recording and playback test interface.
