myshopmgr store cashier software

MyShopMgr is a simple and practical supermarket management software (stand-alone version), which is divided into two parts: front desk cashier and backend management. The frontend supports full keyboard operation, and the backend manages inventory, etc. It is suitable for individual owners and small businesses to manage one or several stores, such as supermarkets/convenience stores, fast food/milk tea shops, fruit/tea shops, etc. There is no membership management function, because the stand-alone version of supermarket management software is not suitable for adding this function.

Instructions for use

1. Introduction to cashier at the front desk.
1. Shortcut keys: delete: Del; clear: Esc; previous/next line: ↑/↓; input box gets focus: F2; checkout: press Enter directly in the input box; lock: Ctl+L; switch cashier: Ctrl +W; query/select products: Alt+Q; query/return sales orders: Alt+R; repeat the previous order: F5; open cash box: Ctrl+B.
2. Command: Modify product quantity: s; single product discount: z; remarks: b; entire order discount: zz; total price reduction: zj; enter salesperson: x. (Enter the command in the input box and press Enter, case insensitivity)
2. Introduction to background management.
1. Contains eight major modules: commodity management; purchase management; inventory changes; inventory counting; sales inquiry; return inquiry; statistical reports; and system settings.
2. Statistical reports include: daily sales statistics; cashier payable statistics; salesperson performance statistics; product sales/return statistics.
3. System settings include: receipt machine/cash box; barcode scale; miscellaneous items; front desk authority; cashier, salesperson; backup/restore/cleanup; cash box opening log.
