Huanxin customer service workbench is an all-media intelligent customer relationship center system based on the new generation of mobile Internet technology. Huanxin perfectly supports mobile Internet scenarios of smart devices and is also compatible with popular channels such as web pages, WeChat, and Weibo.

Function introduction

In order to facilitate the unified management of customer service personnel by enterprises, the Huanxin customer service system has set up two modes for ordinary customer service and administrators, namely customer service mode and administrator mode.

When logging in with a normal customer service account, you can only use the functions in customer service mode.

When logged in with an administrator account, all functions in both modes can be used.

When registering the Huanxin customer service system, the account defaults to the administrator, and multiple administrators can be set. Ordinary customer service accounts are created by the administrator, and ordinary customer service members cannot register accounts themselves.

Customer service model

After ordinary customer service or administrators log in to the system, they enter customer service mode by default. Customer service mode includes the following modules:

Conversation: Conversation with visitors, conversation with customer service colleagues, setting the maximum number of guests, setting message prompts, adding visitor information, adding common phrases, transferring conversations, inviting comments, adding conversation tags, and ending conversations.

Waiting for access: access to the waiting session.

Historical sessions: View ended sessions and export historical session records.

Export management: Download exported historical session records.

Customer service information: Edit customer service information and set customer service greetings.

Message Center: View system messages.

How to use

Add customer service staff

Step 1: Log in to Huanxin Mobile Customer Service using an administrator account, and then click "Administrator Mode" in the upper right corner.

Step 2: In the left navigation bar, select "Member Management→Customer Service" to enter the customer service list.

Step 3: Click the "Add Customer Service" button, enter the customer service information in the pop-up interface, and save it.
