.NET Reflector installation tutorial

1. Download Reflector directly from this page,Unzipand run. As shown below:

2. Read and agree to the Reflector software installation agreement, as shown in the figure below:

3. Set the Reflector software installation directory, as shown in the figure below:

4. Wait for the program to be installed and click [Finish], as shown in the figure below:

How to use .NET Reflector software:

​​ 1. After decompressing, double-click Reflector.exe. If the default version of .Net Framework is selected, select it as needed. The default assembly that appears is different depending on the version you choose. The editor chose .Net3.5;

​​ 2. Click file-open to select the DLL to be decompiled. After opening, the namespace of the assembly will appear in the list;

​​ 3. Click a class in the tree list, and the corresponding decompiled code will appear on the right. There is basically no difference between the decompiled code and the original code;

​​ 4. If we want to import the decompiled code into a file, we can use the Reflector plug-in Reflector.FileDisassembler;

​ 5. Run Reflector, click View—add-ins…—Add, select Reflector.FileDisassembler.dll (it is included in the file after downloading Reflector. FileDisassembler). After the addition is successful, Close closes the dialog box. There will be a file disassembler option in the tools menu;

​ 7. Select Tools—File Disassembler;

​​ 8. Select the class file to be decompiled and click the Generate button. At this time, you need to choose to enter the file name, or you can click OK directly. Reflector will automatically create a folder and generate class files. The path of the file is in the directory of Reflector.exe;
