4. Divide charging items into three categories: periodic, metered, and one-time. Each fee can be set to an integer. The charging standard can be increased as needed for the same fee. The charging standard supports formula definition, and the billing cycle can be flexibly set.
5. The charging interface has both list display and graphic display. The graphic display makes it clear at a glance the owners of each room in each building, arrears and other information.
6. When the same resident has multiple properties in the same management area, the fees collected for any property under his name will also display the fees for all properties under his name, making it easy to charge together or separately. At the same time, chargeable fees can also be added as needed.
7. Supports pre-collection of fees, allowing residents to prepay various fees as needed; supports multiple settlement methods to facilitate residents to choose according to needs, which is conducive to improving the fee recovery rate; supports carryover of fractions, reducing the cumbersomeness of making change.
