Application scope

Do you simplify the management of goods in your store or warehouse? The program helps you to make your goods classification management not complicated at all. You can specify item numbers, names, descriptions or barcodes for your items, and then divide them into different categories and subcategories. Other features can also be added, such as unit, condition or different selling prices, as well as an unlimited number of images.
If your product list has been created, you can filter by any attribute or display by characteristics directly in the search area. In addition, you can also save the product list as PDF, export it in CSV format, and of course print it out.

Inventory management

An equally helpful feature is the ease of maintenance of the inventory. To do this you create a supplier description for the newly arrived batch of goods and the required goods. The goods are then automatically assigned to the stock and storage reminders can be noted directly. Of course, the entire process can also be completed manually by adding, changing or deleting individual items. All user instructions during this period are recorded in a work log along with warehouse activity. For your arrivals, you can specify other characteristics such as: off-site and in-work numbers, status, supplier, payment status and payment method or fund account.

Supplier and Customer Directory

To ensure you have an overview of your suppliers, the program provides you with a browse view of all suppliers. Tax ID numbers, contact data, notes, pictures and other custom features can be added. You can also divide your suppliers into different groups or add a ranking to them. These features are also available for your customer directory.

You can view the storage location and quantity of redeployable goods as well as your purchasing and selling prices on the inventory overview map. Individual nodes can be added, changed or deleted through a simple browser view. Each node represents a storage location for the corresponding goods. Changes to quantity, price or storage location can also be made directly here.

Management of order items

The order list contained in the program allows you to add individual names, delivery dates and customer data to your order as well as the goods ordered. Other customized documents as well as quotation list and order confirmation can be attached. Different statuses can also be assigned to the selected order items. You can either customize the status or select one already installed in the program. One invoice can be drawn up for all items ordered.

It is not difficult at all to draw up some personalized shipping documents or bills with footnotes and icons. The simplification of your text layout makes it perfect and flexible, even the line spacing and displayed table columns can be customized. Of course, you can also use a pre-made template and just enter the corresponding data. The program even supports incorporating different business tax rates into one calculation when drafting bills. For your numbered documents such as order items, customer numbers, invoice numbers, etc., the serial numbers with fixed prefix parts are determined by the program, but can also be changed individually in the settings.

Overview assessment

Through different valuation options within the program, you can display your inventory by product category or status. Arrivals and ordered items can also be evaluated. In addition, the overall situation can also be displayed as a trend chart for each month.
Data loss is not scary
Another feature of the program is the embedded data backup, which automatically prompts you at certain intervals with the possibility of making a backup copy. Of course, in addition, all completed documents can be printed or saved in PDF format at any time.
