How to share the screen in a video conference?

The first step is to start the meeting. After starting the meeting, you will see that the bottom taskbar will have the following 7 basic columns, which may be hidden. When hidden, shake the mouse and they will appear.

Step 2: Start sharing the screen: Click Share Screen directly to share the currently selected screen with everyone. Generally, the first screen option is the default. Because if the host wants the other party to hear the sound played on your computer, you can check the share computer sound option. Then click on the blue share screen in the lower right corner. It should be noted that when sharing the screen, you cannot share your attention interface, but your non-attention interface. For example, if you want to give a ppt, you can share the ppt. If nothing is opened, your desktop will be shared by default, and you can see the shared interface here.

After sharing the screen: You will see 7 option buttons, which may be hidden. When hidden, shake the mouse and they will come out. Mute, start (stop) video, pause sharing, these are all operations for your own end, literally; manage participants, share with everyone next time; new sharing: refers to sharing a new interface of your own.

There are more things you can do in it, as shown below: you can chat, add subtitles, group participants, invite others, record, etc.; participants are not allowed to add comments: this needs to be noted, that is, other participants are not allowed to scribble and draw on the screen you share. By default, participants can make changes on the full screen you share.

Stop sharing: You can exit the current shared screen. Back to the original interface.

When you click on it, there are three items in it. When we need to allow multiple participants to share the screen at the same time, we can put a check mark in front of the second one where multiple participants can share the screen at the same time.

How to join the video conference?
