1. In property cases, according to the amount or value of the litigation request, the cumulative payment shall be made in installments according to the following proportions:

​​ 1. If the item does not exceed 10,000 yuan, 50 yuan will be paid for each item.

​​ 2. The portion exceeding 10,000 yuan to 100,000 yuan is paid at 2.5%.

3. For the portion exceeding 100,000 yuan to 200,000 yuan, 2% will be paid.

4. For the portion exceeding 200,000 yuan to 500,000 yuan, 1.5% will be paid.

5. For the portion exceeding 500,000 yuan to 1 million yuan, 1% will be paid.

​ 6. For the portion exceeding 1 million yuan to 2 million yuan, 0.9% will be paid.

7. For the portion exceeding 2 million yuan to 5 million yuan, 0.8% will be paid.

8. For the portion exceeding 5 million yuan to 10 million yuan, 0.7% will be paid.

9. The amount exceeding 10 million yuan to 20 million yuan is paid at 0.6%.

10. For the portion exceeding 20 million yuan, 0.5% will be paid.

2. Execution fee (applicant does not pay in advance)

​​ 1. There is no execution amount or price: 50 yuan to 500 yuan per piece.

2. No more than 10,000 yuan: 50 yuan per item.

​ ​ 3. More than 10,000 yuan to 500,000 yuan: execution amount × 1.5%-100 yuan.

4. Over 500,000 yuan to 5 million yuan: execution amount × 1% + 2,400 yuan.

5. Over 5 million yuan to 10 million yuan: execution amount × 0.5% + 27,400 yuan.

​ 6. Over 10 million yuan: execution amount × 0.1% + 67,400 yuan.

3. Preservation fee

​​ 1. The amount of property does not exceed 1,000 yuan or does not involve the amount of property: 30 yuan per item.

2. The portion exceeding 1,000 yuan to 100,000 yuan: 1%.

3. 0.5% of the amount exceeding 100,000 yuan, but the maximum amount shall not exceed 5,000 yuan.

​ 4. Divorce cases: 50-300 yuan per case, 0.5% for the amount exceeding 200,000 yuan. 5. Cases of infringement of personal rights: 100-500 yuan per case, 1% for the amount exceeding 50,000 to 100,000; 0.5% for the amount exceeding 100,000.

​ 6. Other non-property cases: 50-100 yuan per case.

7. Labor dispute cases: 10 yuan per case.

8. Intellectual property dispute cases: If there is no amount in dispute, the fee is 500-1,000 yuan per case; if the amount is in dispute, the fee will be based on the standard for property cases.

9. Bankruptcy cases: Calculated based on the total amount of bankruptcy property, the property case acceptance fee shall be paid at half the standard, but the maximum shall not exceed 300,000 yuan. The bankruptcy filing fee is paid after liquidation.

​ 1. Download the compressed package of the official version of the Litigation Fee Calculator software from Huajun Software Park. After decompressing it, double-click the setup.exe file to enter the installation interface and click OK.
