2. Allow custom interest calculation rules

Interest should be calculated using the interest calculation formula of principal × interest rate × interest calculation period. However, there are no unified provisions on the determination of daily interest rates and interest calculation periods in laws, regulations or other normative documents, resulting in differences in interest calculation methods in judicial practice. As a calculation tool, this software provides the function of customizing interest calculation rules, and provides detailed explanations of each calculation method to meet user needs as much as possible.

3. LPR data update prompts and automatic updates

After the implementation of the Civil Code and related regulations, the interest rate standards are closely related to LPR data, and the software has also enhanced related functions. When the software LPR data is not updated in time, the main interface will prompt in red font, otherwise it will display the latest updated date and corresponding LPR data. In the Internet state, the software can be automatically updated at startup; for intranet users such as court systems, the software provides an LPR data release function (which can realize centralized release and automatic update of intranet LPR data), and allows users to add and edit LPR data on their own.

The results of each calculation will be added to the results list, and data such as principal, interest, litigation expenses, etc. will be automatically calculated. The software allows users to edit calculation results through the toolbar and right-click menu. After modifying a single or multiple payments, the software will automatically recalculate all data to achieve Excel-style batch and real-time editing.

5. Diversified data input and output functions

The software supports three data input methods, direct data entry, loading and saving data, and intelligent text recognition of external data: copy irregular text content such as principal, interest rate, interest accrual date or tabular data content from other office software such as Word, Excel, or WPS, and paste it into the "Data Import" form, and the software will automatically identify the data and import it. In terms of data output, the software can export calculation data to Excel files for further editing, or it can be printed directly. Users can also export calculation data to bxs files (customized file formats) and share them with other users. Other users can double-click the file to receive and use it, realizing team collaboration.

6. Proactive reminder and correction of over-limit interest rates

Around August 20, 2020, the upper limit of judicial protection for private lending interest rates has changed. The software will automatically detect whether the interest rate used exceeds the upper limit of judicial protection during the interest calculation period and give corresponding suggestions. After adopting the suggestions, it will automatically amend and calculate interest in sections, so that the interest rate standards before and after August 20, 2020 are calculated within the scope of interest protection. When the benchmark interest rate for similar loans is calculated in segments during the same period, users can choose based on the automatic prompt whether the interest after August 20, 2019 should be calculated based on the fixed interest rate corresponding to the last period (October 24, 2015) of the RMB loan benchmark interest rate, or based on the LPR data in segments and floating calculations.

Remarks: The software requires the .net4.0 framework and the office data access component to run. If the installation fails or an error occurs after installation, please manually install the other two files in the compressed package.
