1. Work Responsibility System and Work Accountability System of the Community Drug Treatment (Rehabilitation) Steering Committee

Responsible for guiding, coordinating, and supervising community drug treatment (rehabilitation) work, establishing and developing a community drug treatment (rehabilitation) professional team, formulating community drug treatment (rehabilitation) work plans, and organizing professional training for community drug treatment (rehabilitation) professionals.

(1) Anyone who commits any of the following acts will be given administrative sanctions by the community drug treatment (rehabilitation) steering committee to the person directly in charge and the person directly responsible:

1. Failure to sign a community detoxification (rehabilitation) agreement with detoxification personnel and failure to implement community detoxification (rehabilitation) measures, resulting in detoxification (rehabilitation) personnel continuing to smoke and inject drugs.

2. The drug detoxification (rehabilitation) personnel seriously violate the community detoxification (rehabilitation) agreement and fail to perform reporting and education obligations, or the drug detoxification (rehabilitation) person is found to have taken drugs during the community detoxification (rehabilitation) period and fails to report to the public security organs, leading to serious consequences.
