u3000u30004. Vehicle insurance

u3000u30004.1u3000 Insurance that must be purchased: Vehicle third party liability insurance. Party B must purchase vehicle third party liability insurance. The minimum insurance amount is ￥u30 million yuan. Party B must deliver the original third party liability policy to Party A when mailing various files to Party A.

u3000u30004.2u3000 Period: Party B must have the insurance company designated by Party A purchase third-party liability insurance for Party B one month before the expiration of the third-party liability insurance in the second year. The cost shall be borne by Party B. If Party B does not pay the amount, Party A has the right to u3000, not issue annual inspection procedures and stop purchasing road maintenance fees for Party B or terminate this contract.

u3000u30005. Party B shall bear its own expenses

u3000u30005.1u3000 All expenses incurred by Party B’s vehicle during the period of anchorage;

u3000u30005.2u3000Expenses arising from administrative, civil, criminal liability and various disputes incurred by Party B and all personnel employed by Party B during the period of affiliation;

u3000u30005.3u3000 vehicle purchase tax, notarization fees for this agreement and other fees not expressly provided for.

Transfer fees incurred when u3000u30005.4u3000 vehicle is transferred.

u3000u30006. Expiration of the agreement

u3000u3000 The affiliation agreement expires. After negotiation between the two parties, if Party B is willing to continue to affiliate, a separate affiliation agreement will be signed with Party A; if Party B does not want to continue to affiliate, after settling the relevant procedures and fees with Party A and returning the license plate and certificate to Party A, Party A can issue the necessary procedures for vehicle transfer to Party B. Party B will be responsible for the transfer fees, and both parties terminate this agreement.
