Attendance system

The attendance system is an attendance management software developed for various companies. Using this software, you can see the attendance status of company employees very conveniently, simply and clearly.

Function overview:

It includes personnel management, attendance management, access control management, and system management, including personnel onboarding, card issuance, resignation, and card cancellation;

From shift setting, scheduling, overtime, and requesting leave to attendance data analysis and daily/monthly attendance reports;

From permission setting to controlling personnel entry and exit, it runs through the entire enterprise management process.

System requirements:

1. Hardware platform: The server is recommended to use a P4 or above CPU, memory >= 1G; the client is recommended to use a PIII 1G or above CPU, memory >= 512M, and the screen resolution must be 1024 × 768 or higher. To ensure data security and stability, it is recommended to use a professional server to install SQL database and IIS services and perform regular data backups;

2. Software platform: The server-side software (operating system) is recommended to use Windows XP Pro and above Server version operating platform (requires IIS service support); the client software (operating system) supports Windows 2000 and above operating platform.
