1. This scoring system uses SQL Server 2000 or above version database system;

2. Scoring system file: Setup.ini is the configuration file. If there is no such file, it can be generated by ScoringSetup.exe configuration; ScoringSetup.exe is the scoring system setting program; ScoringSystem.exe is the client program of the scoring system; Report.exe is the query Program, this program cannot run independently and must be started by the configuration terminal;

3. This system needs to first run the setting end to configure the IP, login username and password of the SQL server, and save them in Setup.ini. Then the setting end needs to establish the database and initialize the database, and then maintain the departments and personnel of each department; initial information After creation, put the two files ScoringSystem.exe and Setup.ini together and put them on the client. Open Scoringsystem.exe to score the set employees of each department;

4. Instructions for the rating client: First select the department, then select the employee number, and you can see the basic information of the employee. If there is a photo, you can also display the photo, and then select the rating score. The score is six points from 0 to 5. If the rating Comments must be filled in for 0 points, and comments can be left blank for other scores and then submitted to the database server. The same IP cannot rate employees with the same number within half an hour to prevent score brushing.

5. When changing the skin on the configuration side, the skin number is directly written into the configuration file. If no skin is selected, the skin number is not generated in the configuration file. The number can be selected from 0-7, and the client will detect this number when it starts. to enable the corresponding skin; when the skin number is 0, the system will be used The default appearance of the system; the configured SQL database connection password is encrypted and stored in Setup.ini, and then restored after reading, so there is no need to worry about password leakage; this encryption method can be restored, but the encryption strength is weak, please do not use this password The system is hooked to SQL with important data Server, to avoid leaking your important data, it is recommended to install a separate SQL Server server as the database server of this system;

6. When this scoring system runs, it requires an ODBC database driver. If there is no ODBC database driver in your system, it may not run properly!

7. This scoring system uses the client to directly read and write the SQL database. There is no so-called "server", so as long as your SQL server can connect normally, you can use the scoring system normally. The setting program and query program can be used again when needed. Just run it.
