"Insufficient permissions" prompt when starting

Reason:

Dism++ is not running as administrator.

The system UAC (User Account Control) setting is too high.

Solution:

Right-click the Dism++ shortcut → Run as administrator.

Lower the UAC level (Control Panel → User Accounts → Change User Account Control settings → Drag the slider to lowest).
