Superstar Reader (SSReader) is a digital book reader independently developed by Superstar Company (Beijing Century Superstar Information Technology Development Co., Ltd.). It focuses on processing PDG format e-books from Superstar Digital Library. It is also compatible with multiple common formats such as PDF, EPUB, and TXT.

Frequently asked questions and solutions

Unable to read the book or the interface displays "This page is invalid"

Reason: The latest version is not installed, anti-virus software blocks, firewall restrictions or incorrect proxy server settings.

Solution: Upgrade to the latest version, turn off the anti-virus software advanced protection, check the firewall port 80 settings, and confirm the proxy server configuration.

Unable to read downloaded books after changing devices

Reason: The user name is inconsistent, the device is not connected to the Internet, or the reader version is too low.

Solution: Make sure the login account is consistent with the download account, keep the device connected to the Internet, and upgrade the reader to the latest version.
