Step 1: Enter employee information

Click the "Add" button, select the relevant information and click the "Save" button. If there is an error in the entry, you can click the "Modify" button to make changes, and then click the "Save" button to save.

Employee number: The length of the number should be uniform. It can be numbered like 1001, 1002, 1003...2001, 2002. The number is the first and which group is in order to facilitate distinction. If there are many groups, they can be represented by ABCD... letters, such as A001, A002...B001.

Employee group name: Click the "Settings" button to add it, and then select it. When querying reports, you can check them in groups.

Step 2: Order Management

①Click the "Add" button

②Enter the payment number.

Step Three: Process Management

③Enter all the ties corresponding to this cutting sheet. There are two methods: The first method: In the tie grid below, enter the color, size, and number of cutting beds for the first tie. After pressing Enter, the system automatically wraps the line to enter the second tie. Repeat this operation to enter all the tie information. The second method: Click "Enter the marker ratio/number of layers to automatically generate ties", enter the color, number of layers, and the quantity of each code (if the number is large, you can enter it separately. For example, 10 can be split into 3 3 4 for entry to prevent the number of ties from being too large). After clicking "OK", the system automatically generates all tie information.

④Click "Save";

⑤Click "Print Work Ticket" to print the work ticket for this bed.

Step 5: Scan the work ticket

①Click on the employee grid to select an employee

②Click "Scan Current Employee Work Ticket"

④Click the "Save Entry" button
