      Question: What should I do if the database cannot be opened in the Pagoda Panel?

Answer: Log in to Pagoda, select security, and see if port 888 is open. The default port of Pagoda phpmyadmin is 888. If you want to enter, you need to open port 888. If it is not configured in the instance and security group management, the configuration rules are as follows:

In Pagoda Security, check port 888. If it shows "normal", it means it has been opened.

If port 888 has been opened and the phpmyadmin page cannot be entered, you can try the following methods:

Software management→Find phpmyadmin→Settings→php version→Select php version→Save→The operation is completed.

Restart the pagoda; or restart nginx; re-create the root password

After uninstalling, reinstall phpmyadmin. If a database already exists, remember to back up the database before uninstalling and reinstalling, and download it locally.

      Question: How to add a new website to the Pagoda panel?

Answer: 1. First open your computer browser, enter your pagoda panel address in the browser, enter your username and password to log in to your account.

3. In the website management page, click "Add Site".

​​ 4. During creation, enter the domain name of the site you created, click whether to create FTP and database, generally the system's random FTP and database account passwords can also be used, select the PHP version you need.

5. After clicking Submit, it will show that the site has been successfully created. Just make a secret backup of the created FTP and database accounts.

      Question: Many users don’t know how to choose the version when installing Pagoda?

Answer: The Pagoda panel is divided into: Linux version and Windows version Version, according to the server version selection, vps, virtual host, ecs server, etc., you can choose whether to use the linux panel or the windows panel.

​ Required environment for installation:

After entering the pagoda panel, we install the required environment according to our own needs. My environment here is PHP (building a PHP environment) APACHE (port 80 access) MYSQL (database) FTP (remote FTP management). Select [Software Management] and then select the environment you want to install on the right.

Deployment of website address:

​​Select [Website] on the left, see [Add Site] and then set it according to your own website on the configuration page. If the root directory needs to be changed, be sure to remember the root directory address.

       FTP creation:

FTP click [Add FTP] here to remind you: the default FTP port is 21. It is best to modify it. Then it can be used after the addition is completed.

Database:

Database creation is also very simple. Add database. If you have a database, you can import it. If you need to create it yourself, just enter the web version of PHPmyadmin to add, delete, check and modify.
