The client of the National Health and Family Planning Statistical Direct Reporting System is a national health statistical information network direct reporting system sponsored by the Statistical Information Center of the Ministry of Health. Grassroots medical and health units (except clinics, health centers, medical offices, and village clinics) that are eligible for direct reporting, All health administration departments can log in to the system.

How to use

1. Open the web page. Grassroots medical and health units (except clinics, clinics, medical offices, and village clinics) and health administrative departments that are eligible for direct reporting can log in to the system and fill in the survey data.
2. Log in to the system. Fill in the user account and password in the user and password text boxes respectively, and log in to the system. Among them, the initial login account of grassroots units is a 15-digit account (6-digit administrative division code + 9-digit organizational code), and the initial password is 123456.
3. Enter the direct reporting system. Click the "Login" button. After successfully logging into the system, the user enters the default bulletin board page. In the bulletin board, you can view the latest industry trends, news and other content released by the competent authorities. Different users have different permissions in the system. The grassroots units are responsible for entering, reviewing, reporting, correcting, analyzing, and using data.
After successfully logging into the system, please change the user password as soon as possible. Click the "Password Settings" option in the function menu, and click "Password Settings" to enter the password modification page. After entering the new password and confirming "Save", the password is set successfully.
