Basic introduction

Linkman is a bookmark manager that can effectively organize and manage a large number of bookmarks. Linkman integrates with the latest versions of Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Opera, and supports many other browsers. Bookmarks can also be synchronized between the browser and your computer. You can choose to manage bookmarks by keywords, folders only, or folders and keywords. Backup bookmarks

You can easily back up your bookmarks with Linkman. After you import your bookmarks from Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Opera, or from scratch, Linkman stores your bookmarks in an XML database. The file location of the database is displayed in the middle of the main window.

User-defined bookmark data

​​​Following the usual bookmark data elements such as name, path, keywords, description, and comments, Linkman provides you with user-defined bookmark data.

Quickly find bookmarks

Linkman’s specialty is its sheer speed, allowing you to find your bookmarks quickly. Just enter a keyword and get results in a second, even with very large databases. By default, Linkman uses wildcards and the AND operator to combine search criteria, but you can also use the OR, AND NOT, and "-" symbols in your searches.

Password protected bookmarks

​ Linkman provides you with an easy way to protect your privacy. You can password protect bookmarks. Since Linkman can load two different databases simultaneously, you can choose to make one database public and password-protect the second database. Select Password Protect from the File menu to set a password, then save your database. The next time you load Linkman (which is the default for this database), you will be asked to enter your password.

Export bookmarks

Using Linkman, you can export bookmarks in various formats. You can even build your own export templates. Several template examples including XML and HTML output. With some basic scripting knowledge, you can export your bookmarks in any format you need. Template output can be automatically generated every time a Linkman XML database is saved.

            Print bookmarks

You can easily print Linkman bookmarks. First select the database or search results you want to print, then click the "Print" button. A preview window appears, allowing you to set print margins and fonts, and configure print data fields.

How to use

3. If the software cannot be opened normally, please right-click and run in administrator mode.
