The website provides services from 5:00-24:00 every day. The ticket pre-sale period on the website is consistent with the window pre-sale period announced by the station.

After purchasing the ticket online, the passenger must present the valid ID of the passenger to the sales offices authorized by the Guangzhou Railway Group, the passenger service station window of the Wuhan-Guangzhou High-speed Railway, or the automatic ticket vending machine to exchange for a paper ticket to enter the station. There is an additional handling fee of 5 yuan for ticket exchange at the sales point, but there is no additional fee for handling it at the station window.

Scope of online ticket booking: At present, the website only handles ticket sales for Beijing-Tianjin intercity (prefix "C"), Beijing-Shanghai, Wuhan-Guangzhou, Zhengxi, Shanghai-Nanjing, Shanghai-Hangzhou, Guangzhou-Shenzhen, Guangzhou-Zhuhai, Hainan East Ring, and Chengdu-Guan line (prefix "G", "D") trains.

Pre-sale period: 10 days, the same as sales points and station windows, 4 to 12 days.

Enter information: You can change it directly before payment. If you make a mistake, you have to wait or call again.

Payment: Pay online. After booking, go to the sales office or station window with your ID card and order number to pay.

Time limit for ticket collection: Exchange the paper ticket before driving and then enter the station to board the train. The ticket must be collected before 24:00 the next day after booking.

Refund: 20% of the ticket price will be charged as handling fee. After September 25th, 5% will be charged for unpaid tickets. No handling fee is required.

Registration: One ID opens an account.

According to the railway department, users of the China Railway Customer Service Network can purchase tickets for themselves or others, but they must accurately enter the passenger’s true and valid ID information. Only one valid ID can be registered for one account. Different from the usual real-name system for purchasing EMU tickets with multiple documents, the website only accepts four valid identity documents for ticket purchase: People's Republic of China resident identity card, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan residents, and passport. If a child who buys a child ticket does not have a valid ID card, he or she must use the valid ID card information of the accompanying adult.

Ticket purchases must be completed within 15 minutes. According to reports, the website can purchase full-price tickets, children's tickets, student tickets, and disabled military (police) preferential tickets. A valid ID card can only purchase one ticket for the same train on the same date of travel (except for children's tickets), and the number of tickets that can be purchased for the same order does not exceed 5. When purchasing tickets, you should make a reservation within the ticket pre-sale period and no later than 2 hours before driving. After the reservation is successful, online ticket payment must be completed within 15 minutes. If the time exceeds 15 minutes, the ticketed seat will not be reserved.

Bank cards with the UnionPay logo and online banking services can be used to pay tickets directly online. Only one bank card can be used for one-time payment for the same order. After online payment is started but before payment is completed, tickets cannot be purchased again.
