Software startup:

After the software is installed, it will be automatically added to the "Startup Items" and will start automatically every time you turn on the computer. If it does not run automatically, please double-click the icon to start it before invoicing.

If a security guard such as 360 is installed on the company's invoicing computer, please add the software to the trusted software.

Software usage:

First enter the invoicing software, and then enter the motor vehicle invoice filling interface. If you have done temporary registration or formal registration, there will be two more buttons on the toolbar of the invoicing interface, namely "Scan Domestic Vehicles" and "Scan Imported Vehicles" ", just click the corresponding button when using it. Taking imported cars as an example, click "Scan imported cars".

After the above interface appears, aim the scanner vertically at the QR code of the certificate and press the trigger of the scanner. After about two seconds, the scan will make a "beep" sound and the scan is completed (if it does not scan, try again. a few times), and then the following interface will appear:

The above information is completely consistent with the information on the paper certificate. Generally, there is no need to check. Then close this interface and the vehicle information will be automatically filled in the invoicing interface, as shown in the figure below:

Finally, fill in the remaining required items based on the actual information, such as the name of the car buyer, ID number, vehicle type, place of origin, vehicle price and the number of passengers to complete the invoice.
