How to use sap calculator

1. Create a new user. You must use a user with SAP_ALL permissions, for example, my user is DEV;

2. Log in with a user with SAP_ALL permissions (such as DEV), run the transaction SLICENSE or open it through the menu, the path is: "Tools → System Management → System Management → SLICENSE - SAP License" (open window 3);

3. Press F6 or press Install New License to pop up the window to install the new LCENSE (window 2);

4. Run zapgui.exe (window 1), enter the parameters, click the instal button to generate the License key, and the result item is the generated key.

Things to note

SAP SYSTEM ID = SID, 3 chars

CUSTOMER KEY = hardware key, 11 chars

INSTALLATION NO = installation, 10 digits

EXPIRATION DATE = yyyymmdd, usually "99991231"

LICENSE KEY = license key, 24 chars

Enter the value in the direction of the arrow, first red and then blue.

License number: Blank, don’t fill in

User/Object:​​​​DEV

SAP Version:       4.7 (fill in the corresponding version number, such as 4.6D, etc.)

Customer Key: The value of the hardware key of window 2

Installation number: 0000000001, or any, 10 digits long

SID: SAP Ssytem value of window 2

YYYYMMDD: Expires On value of window 2, "99991231"
