Parker (PS automatic annotation tool)

Parker is a powerful PS automatic annotation tool that can automatically calculate size, distance, text size, shadow and other information, and annotate according to your needs. The PS annotation plug-in greatly saves your annotation time and greatly improves design efficiency. Note: The software version requires CC2014 and above.

Installation instructions

1. Download the corresponding installation program, and be careful to choose the version suitable for your PS, otherwise it will not install.

2. Unzip the downloaded installation package. Inside is an exe file. Double-click to open it, as shown in the figure.

3. Do not modify the default installation path, just click Install

4. After the installation is complete, restart PS and open it from the menu bar -> Window -> Extensions

How to use

coordinate label

The position coordinates of the label element

1. Select the layer to be labeled

2. Click the corner coordinates label button

3. You can pull a selection around the element you want to label and mark the distance coordinates of the element relative to the selection.

1. Select the layer to be labeled

2. Click the element size annotation button

1. Select the layer to be labeled

2. Click the Edge Distance Mark button

Mutual distance annotation

Mark the distance between two elements

1. Select two layers whose distances need to be marked

2. Click the Mutual Distance Mark button

Note: There should be no intersection between the two layers.

Add text description to design draft

1. Select the layer to be labeled

2. Click the text description annotation button

3. Enter the text that needs to be explained and click OK

2. Click the drop-down arrow on the right side of the Text Annotation button

3. Check the text attributes that need to be marked and click OK
