Little Fox Payslip Printing Software can be applied to all companies’ payroll and payslip printing.

◆This software allows users to customize salary items and can support up to 20 payable items and 10 deductible items.

◆Supports list printing, continuous printing of salary slips, and continuous printing of text salary slips on POS printers.

◆After creating employee salary records for the first time, you can directly copy the previous month's data in the second month without making any more salary payment records.

◆Supports importing salary data from Excel to easily create opening employee data.

1: Customized salary items:

Click the button [Salary Project Parameter Settings].

You can specify the wage items that should be paid and deducted, with a maximum of 10 wages that should be paid and a maximum of 5 wages that should be deducted.

The modified parameters must be clicked to save and take effect.

2: Increase monthly distribution:

On the left side of the main interface is the monthly distribution list, and in the lower left corner is the read and edit button. Click Add, and monthly numbers will be automatically generated based on the current date.

3: Add employee salary payment records:

The main part on the right side of the interface contains detailed records of employee wages.

Click Add to bring up the employee salary editing window.

4: Print salary table and salary slip:

Click the function button at the bottom of the interface: Print Detailed (Salary) Table to print the salary table in a list.

If you cannot finish printing, please use the down arrow on the right side of the print button, select [Paper and Printer Settings], and adjust the paper to print in landscape orientation.

Click the function button at the bottom of the interface: Print detailed (salary) table to continuously print salary slips.

5: Directly copy last month’s salary to generate this month’s salary data:

There is [Monthly Data Copy] at the bottom of the main interface, which can directly import data from the previous month or other months to this month.

Employee data copy: Copy an identical record based on the selected employee salary record.

6: Online upgrade:

Connect to the Internet, update the program version, and use more new features.
