Serial number registration error

If an error occurs during registration, please refer to the detailed error code document. If a parameter error occurs, it is because the machine has been bound to a serial number before. Please contact technical personnel or sales personnel to provide the machine feature code.

Online registration prompts that the registration is successful but there is no authorization information. At this time, the original serial number needs to be disabled or an offline file is used for registration.

Does not start automatically when booting

Maybe the student has tampered with the settings. The solution is to use the win+R command prompt tool, enter shell:startup, and pull the main shortcut of the Jiyu program in the startup window. Or uninstall and clean Jiyu and reinstall it. After reinstallation, it will automatically connect after booting.

Software compatibility issues

If you encounter incompatibility issues on operating systems such as Windows 7, you can try running the program's startup file as an administrator, or select "Use Compatibility Mode" to run.
