​ ​  E-Sign Bao client is a software developed by Hangzhou Tiangu Technology Information Co., Ltd. that provides document reading, signing, and verification for small and medium-sized enterprises. The software supports single signature, multiple signatures, multi-page signatures and seam seals. For the existing seals in the document, you can perform seal verification on them to confirm whether the seal is valid.

1.Document reading

          It supports opening .pdf, .docx and .doc files, and supports document reading, text extraction, query and other functions. The page function is simple and easy to use. Supports reading and opening PDF documents and word documents after converting them to PDF.

Supports quick signature, multi-page signature and seam sealing of documents.

3. Document verification

The document supports the validity verification of all electronic signatures in the document and gives the verification results.

Document verification: Click [Document Verification] in the signature tool to pop up the verification results form. This verification will verify the validity of all electronic signatures in the document and give verification statistical results.

​​​Single verification: Right-click the single seal that needs to be verified, and in the pop-up right-click menu, select [Verify Signature] to pop up the verification results form.

​​ 1) Double-click to run the installation program, and the signature installation interface will open.

1) Document reading

Open the document through the [Quick Signature] button in the upper right corner of the main interface. Supports reading and opening PDF documents and word documents after converting them to PDF.

Supports reading operations such as document movement, content selection, left rotation, right rotation, document reduction, document enlargement, actual size, adaptation to page width, search, page up and down, etc.

1) Prerequisites for use

​​ ·Users’ eSignBao account needs to be bound to a WeChat account, and after completing their personal real-name, they can join or create an enterprise, and complete the enterprise’s real-name authentication and seal production authorization;

·The number of remaining signed copies of valid contracts held by the affiliated signing company shall not be less than 1.

​​ 2) How to deal with the failure of converting Word to PDF.

Since the conversion calls the office capability of the local PC, the direct conversion of Word to PDF fails. You can open the Word document locally, use the Save As function of Office, save it as a PDF document format, and then open it through the eShanbao client and sign the document.

3) Whether personal signature is supported

It is not available for personal seal use at the moment.
