Answer: Font

Workflowy does not currently allow you to change the font size, but we do allow you to choose from a set of font styles.

​ ​ Please note that font settings are "global" and affect the font you type. However, you cannot select a block of text and change the font.

Format

We allow you to select any block of text and make it bold, italic or underlined. Just highlight the text and use the following keyboard command:

For italics, use CTRL + I keys

​​​For underline, use CTRL + U keys

You can also change the "theme", which will provide changes in the look and feel of the fonts and background colors.

With the Pro membership you get access to more fonts and themes....but please note that the additional themes will only be visible when using the web version of Workflowy, but not on Chrome desktop or mobile devices.

​​​Q: WorkFlowy Mac keyboard shortcuts are not supported?

A: Workflowy currently does not detect Chromebook OS, so keyboard shortcuts using the CTRL key will not work.

Our team hopes to resolve this issue, and a future design may be ALT keys for Chromebook users.

​​​Q: Can I create separate "pages" in WorkFlowy Mac?

Answer: Workflowy is actually a high-level long document, but you can zoom (click) each bullet/level and they will appear as their own zoomed page view. So just create as many bullets as you want at the top level, and then each item will become its own virtual page once you click on the bullet to enlarge it. The new "Starred Pages" feature lets you create bookmarks to zoom items/pages.

      Q: How to print from WorkFlowy Mac?

Answer: Just use your browser's normal print function (usually File -> Print). This will print out a well-formatted version of whatever you are viewing in WorkFlowy.

​ ​ In the web and desktop apps, you can also click "Print" from the drop-down menu in the upper right corner of the screen.

We do not currently support printing from mobile phones.
